Hello! My name is Karen and I am a Board Certified Body and Emotion Code Practitioner, Quantum Consciousness Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Throughout my life I have always been on some kind of healing journey. Several years ago after years of recovery and various forms of healing I found myself imprisoned and trapped in an arrangement and fearing my sense of safety and financial security I realized that I had to try something different. I discovered a practitioner who used Emotion and Body Code, NET as well as Hypnotherapy and ended up being freed. I learned that I had been held hostage by my own limiting beliefs and behaviors, I decided to go back to school and get Certified as a Body Code and Emotion Code Practitioner and in Hypnotherapy on quest to help others like myself. I am tremendously grateful that I have found something that I am incredibly passionate about – helping others heal and fall back in love with themselves.

I provide a safe non-judgmental environment where individuals can fully express themselves. I work with my clients to find the best possible solutions to their issues believing that the greatest gift a person can receive is the space to heal themselves and some guidance during their journey.

Education / Training 

Studied at HCH Institute in Lafayette, CA. Completed a 6 month long internship and training in the hypnotherapy program, and training in EFT, Bilateral Stimulation, Reiki, Past Life Regression, Sand Tray Therapy, Belief Code and Quantum Conscious Hypnotherapy.
